1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Rinix Prime Expert Advisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.
2. High Risk Investment Warning
Trading foreign exchange (Forex) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Past performance of the Rinix Prime EA is not indicative of future results. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment.
3. Software Licensing
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your designated trading accounts. Sharing, reselling, reverse engineering, or distributing the software files without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Rinix Prime is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not registered financial advisors. The software makes automated trading decisions based on algorithms, but market conditions are unpredictable. We shall not be held liable for any partial or complete financial losses incurred while using this software.
