Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

Rinix Prime is a digital software product. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once the files have been downloaded and the license key has been activated, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds to prevent abuse.

2. 14-Day Performance Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Expert Advisor. If the software fails to execute trades according to the stated logic, or if there is a critical technical failure that our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Loss of trading capital due to market conditions, improper lot size usage, or deviation from recommended settings.
  • Inability to install the software due to lack of a compatible Windows VPS or PC.
  • "Change of mind" after the software has been downloaded and licensed.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact our support team with your order number, license key, and MT4/MT5 journal logs demonstrating the technical issue.
